The value for money at Cloud Nine was excellent, and the room was great, with helpful amenities and a beautiful bay window overlooking the pool. The location was peaceful and surrounded by nature, and the staff made me feel like family.

I absolutely loved the attention to detail in the decoration of this place. From the beautifully designed villas to the scenic views overlooking the jungle, everything was simply breathtaking. The general areas of the hotel were well-maintained and provided a sense of tranquility that was perfect for a senior woman like me. the hotel's accessibility for senior people was commendable, with easy access to amenities and a friendly staff always willing to assist.

I would have appreciated more assistance from the children working there in terms of helping with the heavy luggage upon arrival.

The lush gardens, colorful flowers, and calming water features created a peaceful atmosphere perfect for relaxation. As a senior woman, I appreciated the accessibility of the hotel. The pathways were well-maintained and easy to navigate, allowing me to move around without any difficulty. The staff was also extremely helpful, always ready to assist me with any needs or questions I had.

The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is for the children working there to be a bit more attentive and understanding of our needs. Sometimes, it felt like they were rushing or not fully paying attention when we asked for assistance.

Beautifully presented villas with a private pool. Exceptional staff and amazing daily breakfast, especially the banana pancake. Romantic location surrounded by jungle, just a short scooter ride to Ubud center. Every moment at this paradise was enjoyable and memorable.
